ABOUT ME
Guiding Clients toward Deep Authenticity, Personal Alignment & Collective Evolution
A little bit about me...
I am a Certified Professional Coach, accredited in Mindfulness, Life Purpose, and Transformational Coaching, building on a background in Counselling and Psychology, with degrees in both Sociology and Women & Gender Studies. In addition to training and formal education, I have studied many theories, perspectives, approaches and therapeutic models over the years, all of which continue to deeply inform my work.
Alignment + Embodied Consciousness
For the last decade I have been studying Energetics and Quantum Physics, Neurobiology, Positive Psychology, Holistic Psychology and Attachment Theory. The combination of energetic and spiritual understandings of the Universe with embodied human experience forms the foundation of my practice - both personally and professionally. Coming into alignment with all that we are is the foundation upon which we embark upon our greatest, truest and most beautiful life experience.
Guiding you home to yourself
As a guide, mentor and coach, it is my primary desire and intention to guide you back to yourself; to who you have always been and who you are meant to be; to reawaken your own knowing and come into your full power and creative control in your life. And to support you in building a life you truly love.

Facilitating a process of self-exploration and discovery, I help people surface and centre their authentic selves, reconnecting with their own inner knowing, and becoming fully situated in their unique value and significance, as they step fully and confidently into the truth and whole of who they are.
From there I work with clients to envision and create lives that are personally aligned, deeply fulfilling and genuinely happy.
